Log in to your account
Sign in to your Padi account at app.trypadi.com using your registered email address and password.
Delete Account
We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please read the information below carefully. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account

Go to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Danger Zone
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to find the Danger Zone section. Click Delete Account.

Confirm deletion
You will be asked to type your email address to confirm the action. This step is irreversible — please read the confirmation prompt carefully before proceeding.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed.
- All business data, transactions, and records associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days.
- Active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately with no refund for unused time.
- Team members linked to your account will lose access to the platform.
- Any data you have exported prior to deletion will remain on your local device.
